Halls of Residence Fees

Fees are subject to change

For students under the age of 18

  • 5 night option - £4,500 for the year
    Accommodation from 6pm Sunday to 8pm Friday and includes 10 meals (breakfast and evening meal) Mon-Fri.

For students aged 18 or over

  • 5 night option - £4,755 for the year
    Accommodation from 6pm Sunday to 8pm Friday and includes 10 meals (breakfast and evening meal) Mon-Fri.
  • 7 night option£5,655 for the year
    Accommodation for 7 nights and includes 10 meals (breakfast and evening meal) Mon-Fri.

Charges are applicable for all the teaching weeks and students over the age of 18 are charged room only for half terms. With the exception of over 18 year old students who may stay at half terms, students are not permitted to reside in the Halls of Residence outside of their normal teaching weeks. Prices may vary for Higher Education students depending on the course length.  

Are there any other charges?

There is a £150 room and key deposit and a £50 booking fee payable once you have been offered a place.

Are there payment options available?

  • Pay fully in advance, at least 7 days before moving in; or
  • Pay a deposit and the balance in 9 instalments from October to June (£50 arrangement fee applicable)


What meals are included in the fees?

Breakfast and evening meals are included in the accommodation charge. Mid-day meals, snacks and drinks are available for purchase and there are microwaves, kettles & fridges located in each sitting room. The restaurant and cafes are closed at weekends and half term evenings.
